Tour & Shadow Visit
Grades 9–12 applicants and families are welcome to tour our high school campus in Mountain View, California in person. Following a brief introduction, you can observe classes in session, meet with faculty and administration, and more.
Tours are held 8:30-9:30 am Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

We also offer student shadow visits throughout the fall and winter. The best way to fully experience life at WSP is to spend a day with us. Shadow visits can be scheduled at your convenience on any morning. Some families prefer to schedule their tour and shadow visit on the same date. Shadow visits start at 8 am and end at 1pm. For a more detailed schedule and to sign-up, please create a profile with our online application provider, Ravenna.

WSP’s admission process is and powered by Ravenna. Here you will create your account with your student’s information, education history, and family information. You will also use this account for online application submission and supporting documents.
Applications
- Applications for fall 2024 are being considered on a rolling admissions basis. Online Application Form.
- The non-refundable $100 application fee for domestic students or $250 for international students is payable through Ravenna.
Mid-Year Transfers
Our high school admissions office is continuing to accept mid-year transfer requests on a space-available basis. Please complete the application steps above as soon as possible and contact Audrey Lee, High School Admissions Director at 650.417.7605 or hsadmissions@waldorfpeninsula.org.
Assessments and Interviews
We will contact you to schedule an interview for the student applicant and the parents. Any needed assessments or placement exams will take place as per the guidance and recommendations of our school counselor and educational support faculty member.
Acceptance and Decision Letters
Notifications regarding admissions for the fall of 2024 will be uploaded to the Ravenna Admissions system after 4:00 pm on March 15, 2024. Your response to WSP is due by 12:00 pm on March 22, 2024.
Notifications regarding admissions for mid-year transfer students will be sent within 48 hours after the high school admissions interview.
Enrollment Contract
Signed contracts, together with the non-refundable $1500 enrollment deposit, must be returned by the deadline stated on the enrollment contract you will receive via Docusign.
