Like every nonprofit, the Waldorf School of the Peninsula depends on the philanthropic support of the people who care about our school and our mission. And like every independent school, tuition alone does not support everything we do to educate the children of our school. Our wonderful and diverse community greatly benefits from the support of parents, alumni, grandparents, alumni parents, and friends.
By participating in school events, volunteering time and energy, and supporting fundraising initiatives, our community shows its support for our school and programs. The Advancement Office coordinates school fundraising, special events, publications and alumni relations, and welcomes your interest and participation.
Within this section of the website, you will find information on the many ways you can show your support of WSP throughout the year. We are grateful to you for your commitment to our program and thank you for your ongoing support.

I am convinced that Waldorf schools deliver an essential alternative to our existing systems. A Waldorf education provides students with an approach to learning which successfully integrates the arts and sciences with the practical tools necessary to succeed in these challenging times. I am personally very grateful for the foundation that was laid during my formative years at Waldorf.
