Spring Benefit & 40th Anniversary Celebration

JOIN US FOR A FUN-FILLED 40th CELEBRATION! Waldorf School of the Peninsula is throwing an all-community bash in honor of our 40th year! From our founders and alums to current parents, faculty and staff, it’s time for everyone who makes up our vibrant community to come and celebrate this milestone. COME ONE, COME ALL We've slashed the ticket price in half to make the event more accessible to all. Tickets are $100 each, the true cost per person for the event. If the cost of the ticket is prohibitive, please let us know and reach out to events@waldorfpeninsula.org. And thanks to those of you who are able to sponsor tickets for others! FOOD & DRINK Instead of a formal seated dinner, we'll enjoy delicious bites from local vendors including: Parent-curated and donated wine, beer, and cocktails. Tru Gourmet: Handcrafted Dim Sum made with seasonal and local ingredients Mom's Biryani: Indian and South Asian bites and live chaat station! Joe's Taco Truck: Delicious and fresh taco station, hot off the grill. Falafelle: Pita bites, hummus, and babaganouj by parent-run local Falafelle, a WSP favorite. Early Childhood Spring Open House

Waldorf School of the Peninsula - Los Altos campus 11311 Mora Drive, Los Altos

Experience the wonders of Waldorf Early Childhood education! Children aged 2 ½ - 5 years and their parents are invited to join us for a morning filled with engaging activities led by our dedicated teachers, followed by outdoor playtime and fun on our Los Altos campus. Check in is from 9:45 - 10 am. Please plan to stay for the entire program. This free event requires pre-registration with a code obtained by attending an Online Early Childhood Information Session.

Windows on Waldorf: A dynamic open house experience

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to be a Waldorf student or why we say experience drives learning, come and feel it for yourself. At WSP we are intentionally different—so why would our open house be the same as all the others? Join us for a one of a kind event with demo lessons, interactive experiences and a High School student panel.  Demonstration Lessons include: High School Science & Humanities demo lessons Eurythmy through Grades 1-8 (for parents/guardians only) Developing mathematical thinking through Grades 1-8 (for parents/guardians only) Scientific thinking through a botanical lens (for parents/guardians only) WSP Curriculum Explorations include: Blacksmithing Stone carving Bal-A-Vis-X movement Musical performances Fiber arts display Join us for a one-of-a-kind event with demo lessons, interactive experiences, and a high school student panel. This event is intended for all parents or guardians. Students entering 7th grade and above in fall 2024 are also invited and are encouraged to attend our high school demonstrations. While infants in arms are always welcome, this event is not intended for younger students. Advanced registration required.
