WSP offers several programs that return money to us when you shop at popular retailers. Full participation by our community could bring our school over $100,000/year in outside support, so please use the following programs whenever you can:
Shop with Scrip – Our primary scrip partner offers rebates from 3% at Whole Foods & Amazon, to 16% at LL Bean. Order gift cards from hundreds of retailers, reload value onto cards, and even order instant “ScripNow” to print at home or use for online shopping. Click here for step-by-step instructions on signing up and ordering…
eScrip – By using registered debit, credit, and club cards, participating retailers such as Safeway, Lunardi’s, Draegers, Food4Less, Pak n Save, and over 10,000 restaurants, will automatically rebate 2%-5% to WSP. Be sure to renew your Safeway card each Fall. Unlike Shop With Scrip that involves explicit scrip purchases, eScrip simply tracks purchases made with credit/debit/club cards you register, and sends the rebates to WSP quarterly.
Amazon Smile – Same Amazon or Amazon Prime, but 0.5% of your spending goes to your school – on top of the 3% you can get by first purchasing instant Amazon scrip from Shop with Scrip before making your purchase.
Uriel Pharmacy – Uriel sells natural remedies based on the insights of Rudolf Steiner. Use code WS32 for web or phone orders, and 10% of your sale goes to WSP!
Heart’s Delight Store – When you pay by cash or check, it saves us 3% in credit/debit card fees. We also stock Whole Foods cards that you can reload yourself with your Shop with Scrip account. Or, stop by for assistance ordering any gift card/scrip you need.
Other Ideas – We encourage our community members to suggest additional ideas for this list, and get creative: Would that realtor referred by another WSP parent donate a referral fee to WSP when you close? Or maybe the contractor rehabbing your home will accept partial payment in Home Depot scrip that benefits WSP? Nearly anywhere we spend money that isn’t covered here is a worthy support opportunity to consider. And who wouldn’t want to support our kids?
The Bottom Line – Receiving just 3% of $2,000 in monthly retail spending for groceries, clothing, and necessities multiplied by 150 families totals $108,000 per year to our school. So please start now!
